Why Gay Marriage is "Wrong"

01) Being gay is not "natural". Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning, and breast implants.

02) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.

03) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.

04) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.

05) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Britney Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.

06) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't QUITE full yet, and the world needs more children.

07) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.

08) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America. Adultery isn't supported by religion either , but you don't see fanatics out protesting that. They're too busy screwing their secretaries while their doting wife if at home with Junior.

09) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.

10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.

11)It's Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. So since we're all going to be patterning our lifestyles after the first two humans (one of which committed the ultimate sin and doomed all of humanity), shouldn't we be running around naked as opposed to wearing $300 shoes and carrying a $1000 purse?

This just pisses me off, you love who you love, you cant help it. I totally support GAY MARRIAGE!!!

Ok so this dumb sentence in this even dumber book shows how much Mr. Rochester cares about Jane. Which shows how totally mean and heartless she was to run off and ruin his life for an entire YEAR!!!!!!! So why he likes her is beyond me.
It also shows the Jane is a lying well yeah. She’s lying because duh she is not ok. She was just thinking about how great it would be to die. So duh hello no she is not ok. She is independent and doesn’t want him helping her. Also she’s distancing herself from him by calling him sir which totally bugs him. See she is heartless? Gosh. I would so not put up with her. And she’s lying about all of this because she really “loves” him but for some crazy reason of her own she’s decided to suppress her feelings so she doesn’t really want to be doing any of this. She wants to marry him which she totally could if she’d just stop being so goody goody. God she is soooooooooooooooooooo annoying!!!!!!!!!! You just want to push HER off the battlements! Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccchhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
But this whole thing with her suppressing her emotions is romantic because of the struggle. Even though what she’s doing is totally unromantic the way it’s written about and the struggle and everything is.

Jane Eyre has got to be one of the worst books i have ever read. i mean what is up with all of them? Jane's so good and she's so plain. now i know where plain jane came from. and Mr. Rochester! who would like him? and who would like Jane? it's just uch!!!!!!!!! Jane never shows any emotions! Mr. Rochester is so weird and just won't tell Jane he loves her! god and why on earth did he marry some crazy person? what's up with that? well i guess if he wants to marry Jane... well here's the easy solution to their problems. Mr. Rochester should kill his old wife and then he and Jane can live happily ever after end of story and then i won't have to read anymore! see? i should be a counselor! but there is absolutely NO character i like! or anybody would like for that matter! uuuuuuuuccccccchhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!! obviously Charlotte Bronte is just as crazy as Mr. Rochester's wife in the attic. >=[

"First I just want to say if people have nothing to do then bash Aeropostale then maybe you should go get a life. Second how can you say Aeropostale is a store for prep wannabes when that’s basically what A&F and AE are. Although you can find many preppy items at these stores they are not preppy. The real prep brands are Polo Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, IZOD, Lily Pulitzer, Brooks Brothers, Patagonia, etca. Being preppy is not going to Abercrombie and buying a $40 XS shirt that makes you look like a skank it’s about dressing nicely and being classic and conservative. Aeropostale is just another teen retailer that sells stylish clothes for good prices.
